 The MultiPulse HoPLUS is a high power holmium laser device characterized by great flexibility and efficiency. Ideal for both, surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and endoscopic treatments for lithotripsy it is highly recommended for long-lasting procedures requiring high power thanks to its laser source reaching 150 W. 

The MultiPulse HoPLUS guarantees superior surgical performance thanks to high levels of energy and pulse repetition rate, guaranteeing reduced operating time and at the same time, effective and delicate cutting procedures with an excellent hemostatic effect. 

The MultiCut Solo – a morcellation system with very high efficiency and precision, which completes the JenaSurgical product line for holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) and thulium laser enucleation of the prostate (ThuLEP). 

Moreover, this tool can satisfy the need of morcellation that comes along with all other kind of prostate enucleations. It guarantees a fast and precise morcellation of tissue thanks to a specially developed technology: The MultiCut Solo works extremely fast, guaranteeing rapid workflow whilst at the same time ensuring maximum safety during surgery, which makes it one of the most efficient morcellation systems on the market. 

 The MultiPulse Ho is a surgical holmium laser for endourology with a maximum power of 35 watts – known as one of the Gold Standard tool for endosurgical laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureter stones and common bile duct stones. A perfect lithotripter, the MultiPulse Ho is optimized for pulverization and fragmentation of ureteral, bladder and kidney stones. Effective for the treatment of all types and chemical stones composition, the MultiPulse Ho today represents the optimal solution even for those particularly difficult to reach. Moreover, its power of 35 W allows the MultiPulse Ho to manage large calculi with efficient and fast surgeries. 

 The MultiPulse TFL sets new standards in TFL bubble dynamics. Traditional TFL bubbles are typically brief and limited in size, providing moderate effectiveness in stone and soft tissue procedures. In contrast, the Vega Effect® generates a unique dual-bubble mechanism by combining long pulse duration with high peak power.

 This creates a more durable and larger cavitation effect, significantly improving energy transmission and procedural control. The dual-bubble implosion optimizes energy absorption, ensuring enhanced performance while reducing unintended tissue impact.
